Welcome to Sportsphere. By accessing our website, booking our facilities, enrolling in programs, purchasing memberships, or using any services provided by Sportsphere, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions
"Sportsphere" refers to Sportsphere Sports & Fitness Complex, its management, employees, coaches, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
"Member" refers to any individual holding an active membership.
"User" refers to any person accessing the website or using Sportsphere facilities.
"Facility" refers to all sports courts, turf, gymnasium, swimming pool, coaching areas, café, parking areas, and common spaces operated by Sportsphere.

2. Membership & Registration

• Memberships are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Sportsphere.

• All members must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Sportsphere reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misconduct, safety violations, or breach of these terms.

• Membership fees are subject to revision with prior notice.

3. Facility Usage

• Users must follow all facility rules, safety instructions, and staff directions.

• Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn.

• Users are responsible for any damage caused to facilities, equipment, or property due to negligence or misuse.

• Sportsphere reserves the right to deny access to any individual engaging in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

4. Court Bookings

• Court bookings are subject to availability.

• Advance bookings may require full or partial payment.

• Sportsphere reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to maintenance, weather conditions, tournaments, or unforeseen circumstances.

• No-shows may result in forfeiture of booking fees.

5. Coaching Programs

• Coaching schedules may be modified due to weather, tournaments, coach availability, or operational requirements.

• Sportsphere reserves the right to assign coaches as deemed appropriate.

• Program fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Swimming Pool & Water Activities

• Users must comply with all pool safety regulations.

• Children may be required to remain under adult supervision or certified coaching supervision.

• Sportsphere reserves the right to restrict pool access for maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or health reasons.

• Participation in swimming activities is at the user's own risk.

7. Health & Medical Responsibility

• Users are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in sports and fitness activities.

• Sportsphere may require health declarations where necessary.

• Users must immediately inform staff of any injury, medical condition, or emergency.

8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports, fitness, recreational, and aquatic activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, or property damage.
By using Sportsphere facilities, users voluntarily assume all associated risks.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Sportsphere shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Sportsphere shall not be responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or participation in sporting activities.

• Users agree that participation is undertaken at their own risk.

10. Photography & Media
Sportsphere may photograph, film, or record activities, events, competitions, and training sessions for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
By entering the facility, users grant Sportsphere permission to use such content unless a written request for exclusion is submitted.

11. Code of Conduct
The following are prohibited:

• Abusive or threatening behaviour

• Harassment of staff or members

• Damage to property

• Alcohol, illegal substances, or prohibited items

• Unsportsmanlike conduct

• Discrimination of any kind

Violations may result in immediate removal from the facility and suspension of membership.

12. Website Usage
Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Distribute harmful software or malicious code

• Use website content without permission

• Misrepresent their identity

13. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

• Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed according to Sportsphere's refund policy.

• Sportsphere reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or misuse.

14. Force Majeure
Sportsphere shall not be liable for interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, public health emergencies, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.

15. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, graphics, website content, and branding elements are the property of Sportsphere and may not be reproduced without written permission.

16. Amendments
Sportsphere reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or facilities constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
